Undoubtedly the biggest news coming out of Washington last week was the retirement of  Justice Souter. As the dust settles, the focus is now on who will replace him. March Madness is upon us my friends and life is good! So far Hubdub isn’t forecasting any of the known teams will be crowned winner in two weeks time.
